Team Playgroundonline came into being when we came together to create something that we are passionate about. Between us, we bring in experience in technology, marketing and business management. We are excited about this venture and we hope to bring value to the sporting fraternity. Here is a brief about us.

Ramakrishna "RK" Kalluri, is a graduate of IIT-Madras and grew through the ranks in Infosys over the past 16 years and left the organization as Associate Vice President. RK brings in-depth experience in large program management, large client relationships, change management and new initiatives, technology enabled business solutions, business and strategic planning. He has good knowledge of retail and high-tech distribution domain.

Srini Battula, a 15 year veteran of software product development brings his knowledge of technology and International markets to Playgroundonline. He worked in large as well as small startup companies like ABB, enCommerce, Entrust, Symphony Services, and Ketera Technologies. He brings in rich experience in the areas of e-commerce and web security. Srini holds a Master of Science from Iowa State University, USA and worked in the Silicon Valley for 9 years and currently lives in Bangalore.

Prasad Chavali, has 13 years of experience in technology and product development. He worked with companies like PGA TOUR, Amazing Mail, Motorola, Bible.com and earned a reputation of being an industry leader in e-commerce technology solutions and Information Architectures. Prasad holds Master of Science and Master of Information degrees from Arizona State University.

Krishna (Kishore) Dhara is currrently a (senior) research scientist at Avaya Labs, a research arm of Avaya with a Bell Labs heritage. Dr. Dhara's primary research focuses on creating end-user communication applications/services across a variety of devices/networks and on enterprise communication and collaboration systems. He played a crucial role in Avaya's successful transformation to VOIP (SIP) and to distributed intelligent end-points. He has several US patents (issued and filed), publications, and has contributed to Internet Engineering Task Force - IETF.

Subramanyeswar "Subbu" Samayam is a Gold Medalist in MBA (Marketing). Subbu has 14 years of experience in consumer marketing and advertising. He comes from Saatchi & Saatchi where he was Vice President – Strategy. Some of the leading brands that Subbu anchored in India include Nestle, Dabur, Parle, TVS, Hyundai, Johnson & Johnson, General Mills, P&G, Samsung, HBO and AOL. Subbu, in his advisory role, brings with him rich insights of various consumer segments in the country.
