Team Playgroundonline came into being when we came together to create something that we are passionate about. Between us, we bring in experience in technology, marketing and business management. We are excited about this venture and we hope to bring value to the sporting fraternity. Here is a brief about us.

Ramakrishna "RK" Kalluri, Co-Founder and CEO, is a graduate of IIT-Madras and grew through the ranks in Infosys over the past 16 years and left the organization as Associate Vice President. RK brings in-depth experience in large program management, large client relationships, change management and new initiatives, technology enabled business solutions, business and strategic planning. He has good knowledge of retail and high-tech distribution domain.

Srini Battula, Co-Founder and CTO, a 15 year veteran of software product development brings his knowledge of technology and International markets to Playgroundonline. He worked in large as well as small startup companies like ABB, enCommerce, Entrust, Symphony Services, and Ketera Technologies. He brings in rich experience in the areas of e-commerce and web security. Srini holds a Master of Science from Iowa State University, USA and worked in the Silicon Valley for 9 years and currently lives in Bangalore.

Srinjay Sengupta is the founder CEO of sports management firm Aspio Limited and is based in London. Prior to setting up his own venture, Srinjay spent 17 years in international sales, consulting, marketing and operations. During the early part of his career Srinjay spent time in India where he worked with consumer products giant Procter and Gamble. Then he went to Infosys (in London) to setup and grew the European Business. European business grew to $250M under his leadership. His last assignment was as an associate principal with McKinsey & Co. where he served global clients across a number of industries. Srinjay has a bachelor's degree from IIT Kharagpur and a post graduate degree in management from IIM Ahmedabad.

Srini Vudayagiri is a veteran in Indian venture capital and private equity industry with more than 18 years experience, including stints at Lightspeed Venture partners, Intel Capital, Thomas Weisel and CDC. He lead the investments in Subex, Nipuna, Career Launcher, Accel Frontline, BPL Celluar holdings, Lanco Kondapalli, First Leasing among others. Srini received his BS from National Institute of Technology, India, and MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A). He is also a CFA from ICFAI, India.
