The ball is made of strong material, however I encountered a problem with the air pump. When the nozzle is inserted in the ball, it is not easy to pull it out as it requires additional force. When I tried it the first time, the nozzle stayed inside and the pump got detached from the ball rendering the pump useless as it wore out the grooves. I was sent another one after I complained to the customer service and now I am being careful whenever I pump the air in the ball. The ball does the job and seems like it will last for a while, however I recommend that it should come with a better pump otherwise one may buy his own of a better quality.
I purchased the GYM ball @playground.com, place the order @ 8:PM and recieved the product next day @ 1:00PM. The product was in good condition as promised. I am using the ball everyday for amdominal excersise. Its really worth buying. Quality is good, the pump provided with ball is enough to fill the air.
