The quality of the product is very good and it is effective too. The only downside I can think of is that the resistance could of the spring could be a bit more.
These are a great tool to build up wrist strength. I bought this based on an earlier review someone has written, and I agree that if you work on it, it will help a lot. The product is great with soft grips, and is value for money.
Above stated delivery times are applicable to Metros and Second Tier cities. If the destination addresses are in towns and remote villages, there could be an additional 2-3 days involved in the delivery.
