This fishing rod is suitable for hikers wishing for a mobile fishing rod. The reel is strong enough to bear medium big size fish. I suggest you to buy this only when you are strong enough to fight with predator fish. :-) this is a man thing..yaa...btw it is a light weight rod..gooda!
