I found these caps to be quite a useful sun aid on long walks/runs. The flap at the back is attached via velcro and is removable so that makes it even more convenient if you wish to wear the cap without the neck protection. The caps are light weight and have ventilation spaces on three sides to keep the head cool. I would recommend the beige as the brown isn''t really all that great. Ofcourse it depends completely on personal preference.
