SG really do know how to make bats. I have used several bats (Genius, Vampire and BDM), but nothing comes close to the perfection in balance of the King Cobra. Initially I thought it''''s light 2lb10oz frame would not be powerful enough to play full blooded cover drives, but then realised that the balance of the bat actually assists your batting technique and foot placement. Hence, there is increased power in shots, as long as the timing is right. Make sure you knock it in thoroughly. I knocked mine for half-an-hour a day for a week before taking it to the nets.
